1. What is False Label?
False Label is a lifestyle brand. False Label Apothecary brings together candles we pour in small batches and a curated line of cold-process soaps. False Label Apparel is our upcoming line of shirts, hoodies, and hats.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by country.

3. How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically ship within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. International orders can take 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing in your country — international orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes not included at checkout.

4. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If your order arrives with a broken jar or damaged product, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.

5. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All our candles and soaps are hand-checked before shipping. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement. This doesn't cover normal wax discoloration, scent fade, or damage from improper use.

6. Is your apparel unisex?
Our shirts, hoodies, and hats are in development. Fit and sizing details will be available when the first drop launches.

7. When do new drops release?
False Label works in limited batches and seasonal releases — including our High Stress collaboration line and holiday-only pours. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social for early access.
